Incorrect Shipping Address

MBS VYBEZ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned and needs to be reshipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been given to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility.

Returns
Because many of our products are made-to-order and customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Change of mind
Custom or personalized items
Gift cards
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once your claim is reviewed, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by MBS VYBEZ.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun.
Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled because each item is made specifically for you.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Lost Packages
