At MBS VYBEZ, we take pride in creating high-quality custom apparel and products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure every order meets our quality standards.

Returns

Because many of our products are made-to-order and customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer

• Change of mind

• Custom or personalized items

• Gift cards

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once your claim is reviewed, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by MBS VYBEZ.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun.

Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled because each item is made specifically for you.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers

• Weather conditions

• Natural disasters

Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist you in filing a claim when possible.

Most orders are made-to-order and require 3–7 business days for processing before shipment.

During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, we will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

• Local Pickup: Available by appointment only (if offered)

From time to time, MBS VYBEZ may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

MBS VYBEZ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned and needs to be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been given to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility.

MBS VYBEZ is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages

• Shipping delays caused by weather or natural disasters

• Carrier delays

• Delivery issues beyond our control

If your package is lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist with filing a claim if needed.

International Shipping

At this time, MBS VYBEZ currently ships within the United States only. International shipping may become available in the future.
